We have achieved our success on our own merit, not by piggybacking the ADT name. The adjacent postcard is a marketing piece sent to VIP750 in hopes of recruiting our organization into ADT's network of dealers. It states that we would instantly have 125 years of experience. No, we don't: And we didn't feel comfortable using the ADT name to trick customers into feeling more secure with us as a company. VIP750 encounters this daily — where customers have no idea whether a company using the ADT name has been in business for three months or three years. Customers often unquestioningly trust the ADT name without knowing anything about the company representing it. So, we encourage you to question what lies beneath the surface.

Service
We did not feel comfortable turning over our clients' service needs to a corporate monster after 90 days. This is what ADT dealers are required to do with the families they sign up. Service standards that may have been promised by an ADT dealer are now at the mercy of the corporate branch. In contrast, we provide quality service to our customers and ensure that service levels remain as promised.

Community
It is important to us as a company to maintain the highest level of corporate responsibility. It begins with the communities we serve. We choose not to represent any corporation that intentionally incorporated outside the United States for the purpose of tax benefits, because taxes aid our schools, police departments, fire departments, roads and government. Tyco, ADT's parent corporation is a Bermuda-based corporation. Another case of Big Business "Corporate America" profit taking precedence over what is right!
