Appointment Setting Consultant Manager Positions are in located in:  Portland, OR and Roseburg, OR call centers.


SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

Protect families and business owners by leading team in large, award-winning telemarketing call center. Call centers include predictive dialer stations. Three separate shifts cover all three U.S. time zones. Lead team in Portland, Oregon or Roseburg, OR. Team members call individuals who have entered promotional drawings or who are part of neighborhood-sponsored campaigns regarding state-of-the-art security system packages. Team will set appointments for Outside Sales Consultant to meet with customer. Plan, organize and implement appointment setting programs and contests for the call center. Achieve sales and service objectives. Train, develop and mentor Appointment Setting Consultants. Personally contact and secure new customers.


COMPENSATION
  • Monthly base, plus monthly bonus.

  • Sales
    • Consistently meet or exceed goals and standards.
    • Set Appointment Setting Consultant team goals and ensure that they are met, removing obstacles to success.
    • Verifiable history of quota busting.
  • Management
    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work.
    • Develop Appointment Setting Consultants for advancement and success by appraising and communicating job performance and expectations.
  • Training
    • Improve organization's industry-leading phone presentations.
    • Train large groups.
  • Customer Service
    • Establish and maintain a high level of accuracy in the information and service that team members provide to customers.
  • Have Some Fun!


OTHER FUNCTIONS
  • Maintain reports of daily appointments set.
  • Must be computer literate.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years' proven sales and management experience.
  • Well-developed experience with motivating teams.
  • Multi-tasking mastery.
  • Ability to set priorities.
  • Competitive, strong willed and resilient.
  • Belief that you control your own fate - respond well to disappointment.
  • Demonstrated skill in building rapport rapidly with customers via phone and with team members in person.
