SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
Protect families and business owners via highly effective consultative demonstrations of state-of-the-art security system packages. Deliver highest quality security system solutions to individuals and businesses. Pre-set appointments provided by Spot Security's call centers.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Contribute to improving organization's industry-leading product and service presentations.
- Consistently meet or exceed goals and standards.
- Act as role model in ongoing training and strategy meetings.
- Incorporate previous experience with our rigorous product and system training, coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Meet with 3-5 customers daily at pre-set appointments scheduled by Spot Security's call centers.
- Independently generate appointments with customers to whom you present security system solutions.
- Support our Affinity Network and Fundraising Programs by developing and nurturing strong networking relationships within business community.
- Have some fun!
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain reports of daily sales.
- Submit new customer paperwork in a timely manner.
- Help train and mentor less experienced Sales Consultants.
COMPENSATION
- Our successful experienced Sales Consultants are making $75k - $100k + a year (Realistic and Expected).
- $1,000.00 QuickStart Hiring Bonus.
- Company-paid Medical / Dental / Other for full-time consultants.
- Motivating sales contests - last contest was for $10,000.00.

- Proven record of well-developed sales skills.
- Verifiable history of quota busting.
- Great communicator, self-motivated, goal oriented, excellent presentation skills - financially motivated, compassionate, persuasive, assertive, honest, strong closing ability, happy.
- Competitive, strong willed and resilient.
- Belief that you control your own fate - respond well to disappointment.
- Demonstrated skill in building rapport rapidly with customers.
- Professional appearance.
- Strong work ethic, effective problem solver, fearless self-starter.
- Self-confident and good sense of humor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Operate own vehicle to travel to customer appointments.
- Ability to travel within TARGETED area to appointments.
